Research

Our research group is focused on addressing open questions in quantum science and advancing quantum technologies through experimental platforms based on neutral atoms. By integrating quantum control and quantum optics techniques with neutral cold atoms and their Rydberg states, we aim to engineer large, fully controllable quantum many-body systems. Our goals include developing innovative schemes for large-scale quantum processing architectures that enable reconfigurable local control, rapid non-demolition readout, and quantum error correction. We also seek to explore fundamental physics questions, such as quantum thermalization and quantum information dynamics.
